Catalog note: Album entries can change. Use the live album link and WhatsApp to confirm the current option before ordering.
Screenshots keep the conversation grounded. In a bag catalog, many styles can look similar, so the right image set matters more than a long explanation.
Send the main catalog photo
Start with the photo that shows the whole bag. If the album title, item code, or category label is visible, keep it in the screenshot.
Add detail screenshots when needed
If the decision depends on strap, handle, zipper, closure, interior, hardware, or packaging, include those detail shots. Avoid sending a pile of unrelated images in the first message.
Use a small, complete image set
| Screenshot | What it should show |
|---|---|
| Main image | The whole bag and its overall shape |
| Side or back | Depth, structure, strap attachment, or back pocket |
| Detail image | Hardware, closure, material texture, interior, or packaging |
Two or three useful images are usually easier to check than ten mixed screenshots. Crop away phone controls when possible, but keep any item code or album label that identifies the reference.
Number multiple options
If you are comparing several bags, label them clearly:
- Bag 1: preferred style and color.
- Bag 2: backup option.
- Bag 3: similar style for comparison.
Then ask which options can be checked now.
Include the buying details
After the screenshots, add quantity, destination country, color preference, size notes, and any material or packaging requirement. Start from the Bags Catalog so the reference is easy to trace.
Example message layout
“Bag 1 is my first choice. Please check black with gold hardware, one piece. Bag 2 is my alternative. Destination: [country]. I have included one full photo and one strap detail.”
The message is short, but every line helps match the correct image to the correct question.
